One Hat = It was one filthy muggle! Two Hats = Spell gone wrong. Three Hats = Magical. Four Hats = Enchanting! Five Hats = Spell-binding!Note: If I have to half a hat (whoa, mouthful!), it's because the book was halfway between two. Don't worry though, this doesn't happen often!
